Job Description:
Position: Client Service Executive
Qualification: At least a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or an industry-related field.
Experience: 1-2 years relevant experienced.
Location: Karachi.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Regularly interacting with clients through telephone calls, email communications.
• Creating a positive onboarding experience for new clients.
• Responding to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintaining an accurate record of all existing and potential clients.
• Responsible for advising the higher management about the client needs.
• Responsible for streamlining business operations to reduce costs.
• Screen feedback and requests from clients and liaise with relevant departments within the organization to provide solutions.
• Escalate complaints to relevant departments.
Key Skills & Requirements:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
• Proven experience working as a Client Servicing Executive.
• Excellent in Client Dealing
• The ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Computer skills – must be proficient with Microsoft Office and project management software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
