Job Title: Marketing & Customer support representative (Female)

Job Description: A female Marketing & Customer support representative is required for a leading and rapidly expanding bottled water supplier in Lahore @ Johar Town Office. Duties & Responsibilities: Answer incoming customer queries & orders, Generating new leads on telephone and following-up on provided sales leads, Implementing customer lifecycle processes. Job timings will be 10:00 am to 7:00 pm (Monday to Saturday). Job Requirements: * 2 years of prior experience in a call center or customer facing role is required. * Computer Skills (Microsoft Excel) and communication skills (English/Urdu).
