Job Description: A Construction Company based in Karachi requires candidates for the Administrator (Ex Armymen) must be a retired Army Colonel / Lt. Colonel. Monitor Office Building Maintenance Activities. Maintain Security Protocols of Unit premises in different locations, inventory etc. to Interrelate functions and responsibilities between departments. Can independently handle and coordinate with all the government agencies and offices such as SBCA, KMC, KDA, Civil Aviation, K Electric and Labour Departments etc. Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
