Job Title: Manager – Sales

Job Description: Dolmen Group is looking for “Manager – Sales’ for its Business Development Department at Head Office, Karachi.

Responsibilities:

Operate pro-actively by effectively leading the sales & recovery activities in order to achieve agreed sales and recovery targets.
Developing and executing sales/payment recovery strategies plans in association with the Head of Business Unit.
Responsible for sales administration by managing sales launch and ensure completion of sales agreements including after sales service.
Preparing periodic sales reports on number of customer site visits covering statistical information on source and residency.
Plan and review the effectiveness of the sales team by recommending training needs to meet the requirements of Dolmen Project.
Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 3-4 Years with proven track record of selling high end products (preferably in a Real Estate business)
Education: Bachelors/Masters in related discipline
Excellent in reporting and well versed in MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint presentations.
Excellent in communication with good knowledge of Legal issues pertaining to property sales.
